Terms of Use
Numberle is provided as a browser-based puzzle experience. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the product, its infrastructure, or other users.
These terms are lightweight by design, but they still set expectations around acceptable use, product ownership, and how the service may change over time.
These terms apply to the English-language Numberle website.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the site, automate attacks against it, or intentionally degrade availability.
- Do not attempt to bypass technical restrictions or interfere with saved gameplay behavior for other users.
- Do not misleadingly present official Numberle branding or product identity as your own.
- Shared results, screenshots, and posts you publish to third-party platforms remain your responsibility.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Numberle site design, branding, original copy, and product presentation remain part of the project. Normal gameplay, personal sharing, and editorial reference are allowed, but presenting the product as an official affiliated service is not.
Service availability
Numberle is provided on an “as available” basis. The game may be updated, paused, revised, or taken offline temporarily for maintenance, deployment, bug fixes, or product changes.
Product changes
Modes, rules, visuals, storage behavior, and supporting pages may change over time as Numberle evolves. A specific mode, layout, or save structure is not guaranteed to remain unchanged forever.
Limitation of responsibility
The service is intended for entertainment and general puzzle play. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Numberle is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from interrupted access, changed features, or lost local browser data.
Updates to these terms
If these terms are revised, the version published on the site should be treated as the current one. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections should continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted.
